Based on the initial idea, we prepare a design solution and evaluate the assembly of individual components while considering material requirements, durability and the most suitable production method. The goal is to create a functional, practical and manufacturable solution.
3D MODELING
We create precise 3D CAD models of individual parts, assemblies and complete products. Models can be developed from your sketch, photograph, dimensions, an existing part or a basic idea.
We can also modify existing models, make design changes and prepare files for 3D printing, CNC machining or further production.
PROTOTYPING AND 3D PRINTING
A prototype allows us to verify the shape, dimensions, assembly and functionality of a product before final production. This helps identify potential issues early, before they result in higher costs.
We provide functional prototypes, individual parts, replacement components, customised products and small production runs using 3D printing technology.

Ideally, you should send a STEP, STL, PDF, technical drawing, sketch, or photograph with basic dimensions. If you do not yet have a file, I can also create a model based on your idea or description.
Yes. We produce individual parts, functional prototypes, replacement parts, as well as small series.
The lead time depends on the complexity of the modeling, product size, material, and quantity. After reviewing your inquiry, we will provide an estimated delivery time.
For most products, we use PLA and PETG. For more demanding projects, technical materials can also be considered depending on the mechanical, thermal, and environmental requirements of the product. Together, we select the material that best suits your application.
The price depends on the modeling time, product complexity, material consumption, printing time, and any required post-processing.
Yes. Existing models can be modified, repaired, resized, or optimized for easier and higher-quality 3D printing.
